I've seen people do drugs and stay normal - unless they are doing hardcore stuff, but they don't do "crazy" like this. They just get really gutterslug. I don't think this is drug use. It's either alcohol (my personal opinion - you can't smell her breath in pictures), or some mental thing (not my opinion).


Alcohol + cocaine will give you the 24 hr tweet marathons you see from her.
