I did check mine for damage, nothing too alarming, just some mild scratches on the flap I think from the chains. Hopefully, you can get another bag!

Thanks Coach Lover Too - this is my first light coloured bag - I have never been a fan of light colour bags due to their high maintainence (but the 50% off made me get over that) so I hope I don't destroy this baby with stains and color transfer.
