I bought a 2Jour the other day and had the tagged hot stamped in Selfridges London. But I regret my decision so badly.. The writing isn't centred and I really dislike it now. Anyone have any ideas? I'm so so gutted.

I think it was mentioned before that Fendi sells extra tags, but I'm not really sure.. If you're not happy with the hot stamp, and if it's possible, I'd suggest getting an extra tag to replace the hot stamped one!

They do sell the tags separately but they are tri color tags whose leathers may not be the color of your bag....they had them available at a Saks Fendi boutique hot stamping event.

Who did your tag? The boutique where you purchased? If so, I would let them know that you are not happy with the placement of the letters and that you feel they aren't straight on the tag. You should uld tell them you expect a replacement done correctly. ( I can't tell any of this from the photo though:))

Ah I'm from London and the few stores I asked said they don't sell separate tags on its own. Apparently they had an event during the summer that did but not anymore!

I will complain though, hopefully they will be able to replace it.. As the colour is not a classic.. Might be difficult!

Just spoke to the manager of the store I had the tag hot stamped - Selfridges, London. He apologised and said he will order a replacement - will take 2 months (free of charge). I assume he knows he did a bad job of it. He said he told me it wouldn't be perfectly centred - big lie, as I wouldn't have done it otherwise!

I found it weird that he offered a replacement, as the colour of my bag is last season's collection. Plus I've asked many Fendi staff and they said they do not sell/have spare tags.

2 months wait here we come!

Woohoo! So excited that they agreed to order a replacement without much stress on your end! Try to keep the one you have.....you could have a local artist customize it and the exact centering of the initials won't really matter. Here is a tag that Reed Krakoff had fab artist at a Saks event customizing tags to client personality. I love it and feel it adds an extra special touch to my RK bags;)

Omg, it's so pretty!! Love it. Very unique indeed.
