Hello everyone! Longtime lurker and limited poster on the Fendi thread, but I have recently been bit by the Fendi bug. The buggies to be precise. Those adorable soft pesky things...lol

Been a fan of the mini and regular(?) size 2joursr for a while now. All the bags are just stunning and so classy. Congrats to all who have picked one up. I noticed on Nm that the new preorders for the mini2jours for the brown all one color shows up as $1,900 instead of $1,750. Anyone know if the prices are increasing soon or something? I have been following (not very closely) the prices of the 2jours and I don't remember a price increase in the last couple of years. Anyone know the last price increase for Fendi? I kept putting it off as I was stuck on Chanel. And all my funds were funneling toward my Chanel obsession. Now I am seriously contemplating a 2jours or by the way for the next bag purchase. TIA.

I do not know if there will be a price increase for Fendi soon, but if you're thinking of getting a 2Jours, I say you should definitely go for it! Like you, I never really paid much attention to Fendi until I saw a lady carrying a 2Jours. I fell in love with it and I ended up buying one soon after. It is SUCH a versatile bag and it's just soo pretty. I get compliments on it every time I'm out and about. Even SA's at Louis Vuitton and Chanel have told me what a lovely bag it is. You should definitely think about adding it to your collection. ;)

I completely agree with everything you just said. I LOVE my 2Jours and I literally could not be happier with it :D

tinanguyenn, congrats on your 2Jours. Thank you for your thoughts on the bag. It is very pretty and so classy. I can see it easily worn 10 years from now and still be very much in style. May I ask which size 2Jours you got? I can't decide on the mini or medium. Each has it's benefits. I am very much thinking about the 2Jours as my next purchase.

Thanks for chiming in mellisadelag. So glad to hear you LOVE your 2Jours. There is so much to love, I can certainly understand. Which size 2Jours did you get? I am so undecided. Not to mention I also have my eye on the by the way bag. Love how the small can be carried so many different ways. Decisions, decisions...

I have the medium! I fit a bunch of stuff! Anything and everything from my phone, iPad mini, laptop charger, makeup bag, sunnies in their case, folders and papers, and with room to spare! I think that's a super plus that makes me love it even more! :D

The 'By the Way' is lovely as well! I am contemplating getting it in the small size, but idk! Maybe next year..

I got the medium size! I think the petite is a great size as well, but I personally like big bags. But it's not too too big. It's cute as a top handle bag and it also has the longer strap so you can wear it on your shoulder, which I love. It looks good either way! And there's soooo much space to hold just about anything. HTH! :smile1::smile1:

I agree the medium is a good size with room for most anything I need. Do you ever use the long strap? Do you find the handles sticking up bother you when you use the long strap? That kinda throws me off. I think it's beautiful as a crook of the arm bag.

Yes, the by the way appeals to me too. So many beautiful choices... Don't know how I will decide.

Thanks for sharing your experience with the 2jours. The medium is such a good size. A fit everything kind of bag. As I posted above, the inability to fold the handles kinda throws me off when I tried it on with the long strap. And I like bags that can be hand and shoulder carry. Does that bother you? It's the mini 2Jours that finally made me really stop and look closer at the bag. Although the handles also stick up on the mini, the smaller size doesn't bother me as much. I need to go and check out the bag again in more detail. In the interim, I will admire the bags on this thread.

Gorgeous pairings! And look at those sunnies! Can I ask what brand/where you got them? My sunglasses are forever sliding down my face, I can't tell if these bridge-less ones would solve the problem or make it worse :p

Hi CXX.....The sunnies are by Christian Dior, style is So Real. They come in a few different combos and are very comfy. I have them in solid black. Saks.com & Dior online have them.

I find mine a perfect fit for the hot humid summers here as they sit nicely on the bridge of my nose. I would compare the comfort to RayBan large aviators:smile1: I always receive compliments when I wear them. HTH!

Here is the link to the shop:

If you have any questions, just message him! He will respond really quick. And if you want more info, just let me know :smile1::smile1:

I also used him to do my heat stamping and he did a great job on mine. I asked for two initials but he used 3 instead and on mine it probably looks batter since the two initials would have been the same without a break.

I use the long strap ALL the time! Especially at the mall, or places where I need my hands free and the handles do not bother me at all. IMO get which ever one will make you the happiest, but it is also great to know how so many people are in love with the 2Jours!

Thanks for telling us the sunnies' brand and style! I've been lusting over them as well!

Thanks authenticplease!! I realize I may be wrong in using the description 'bridge-less' - gah I should wear my glasses more often haha - for the past few years I've been getting only Ferragamo sunnies, but this entices me to change it up!;)

+1! The handles don't bother me either - i have and prefer the 'regular' 2jours - I think the petit and mini can look good on others, but on me, the 2jours design looks best proportion wise in the 'regular' size and the perfect size for everyday/work. Sometimes the long strap does slip off my shoulders - but i have that problem with most straps even though my shoulders are not narrow x.x
