The hardware colour depends on the colour of the bag, ie the black one has gold hardware, the hot pink one has silver hardware etc. I haven't seen an option for a different colour of hardware, eg if you wanted black with silver hardware.

Hi, thanks. You are from Melbourne too? I want to get a red with gold but what I saw now are with silver. And I saw some red with gold. So was wondering...

I'm not sure. This cost a bit more with the all leather outside and inside(smooth). They had other 2jours with the different leather outside and fabric interior for less but I just loved this color combination. Now I want a make up bag to go with it.
