I think it's called Magenta, the cards were missing so I'm going back today to collect them & get my initials heat stamped

This was the Las Vegas Fendi in Caesars Palace - they did say you can ship it to them to be stamped. I can pm you the name/email of the SA I spoke with if you want

I'm worried though that I'll ship it and he'll say they can't do the heat stamp since I didn't buy at a Fendi directly Is this something common?

Yes this would be great! I got my 3jours at Barneys and would love to have it heat stamped. Thanks in advance for any more info on this!

Everything seems good expect I don't see a hologram sticker inside and serial numbers on the serial number tag was not embossed clearly. And how does the serial number embossed matching to which number on the product paper tag?

Perhaps you could try getting it authenticated on the AT Fendi thread? It gave me such peace of mind after I had bought a bag off of eBay.

i think new versions have no hologram sticker, rather you have an rfid tag

Just had a look at my 2jours. Its true no hologram tag. Just one that says RFID...
