My monster just arrived! She's so pretty! The color is much more striking in person than in the website. It's probably just because it's new but the leather feels tougher than I'm used to. I'll take her out tomorrow if it doesn't rain.

I just bought a grey petite 2 Jours, but I'm having trouble putting the strap together and holes are very small, does anyone else have the same problem?

Thanks everyone! The weather cooperated and I was able to take her out while shopping this morning and I couldn't be happier with her.

I had the same problem with my 2 jours! I was SO NERVOUS when I was doing the strap. I think I actually "broke" one hole a bit but that was the only way I could fasten it. I was thinking of removing the strap every now and then but I changed my mind especially with how hard it is to put the strap on. Hopefully you got yours fastened now!

I also had this problem recently with a mini 2jours. I think maybe they are making the holes small because they stretch out a bit with use.

That is so sad! It is such a pretty color! I am sorry. I have ordered from Overstock several times and not had a problem.

How can this even happen? It's so obvious that it's been cut and you would think they would check the bags before they send them out to customers. Are you going to get a replacement from them?

Oh no. Such a lovely pink, too. You're not the first person here who has gotten a bag from Overstock with the RFID tag cut out. Weird. It doesn't look fake or anything.

I bought a 2jours there about a month ago that I had to return. It was authentic but they had shoved the handles into the bag for shipping and they were ridiculously bent out of shape. It took a week for their returns department to even get back to me. I hope they are more expedient with your issue! Keep us updated, OK?

Yea... I'm pretty bummed I had to send it back. I couldn't get a replacement because they didn't have the purse in stock anymore but they gave me a full refund and reimbursed me for shipping it back to them! Customer service was really nice. They helped me right away and everything went smoothly =)
