That's an 18k gold one :) GM

After purchasing many hermes bracelets I decided to try the chaine d'ancre in the large size. I ADORE this bracelet, love it to pieces - goes great with cdc, clics, charnieres....everything in my drawers. HOWEVER, I find it impossible to get the bracelet on and off. I literally was sweating in the boutique yesterday!! (not a pretty sight) I have a small wrist and the bracelet I was trying on was perfect , that is when I got it on...Problem is that I would never be able to take it off!!! I tried to size up but it was waaayyyy too large. Does anyone have any tricks as to this fabulous piece? or is this just not for me??
It is tricky with this bracelet - it's too tight or too loose: if it's too loose, it can go undone, and when you drop your arm down, it literally hurts when it hit your hand. if it's too tight, or let's say less loose, it can really feel tight at times EVEN with some room moving around....I ended up choosing the tighter side one, now it cuts my circulations during sleep sometimes LOL

What sizes do you and your friend have? Thank you!
I have both the bracelet and necklace. I wear them constantly. For my bracelet, I got one with one black link. I think the black link makes it a bit more interesting.

I have a friend who wears his constantly - never takes it off. He has been wearing it for years now, and it has developed the most gorgeous patina.

These are very old posts, but I believe @tinkerbell68 currently has both TGM bracelets (RG and Silver?) so am tagging her in the hopes that she will respond to your query :)

If you want faster info, you can scroll to the to0 right of the screen by the icon that looks like a magnifying glass and type in the box labeled search.

Thanks for the tag @880

@lordwilton I do have two chaîne d’ancre bracelets, one in yellow gold and one in silver. I believe that they are both the medium size though I don’t honestly remember. In both cases, they were the only ones available…as if often the case with H, I did not have the opportunity to compare multiple sizes. The gold, purchased in Paris, is slightly shorter in length than the silver…apparently it was a special order and the client opted not to buy it. I lucked out!

Have two in sliver that I wear every day and have done so for years, am trying to buy a gold version but very hard to come buy and my store has not been lucky in sourcing one. Extra small one seems to be available now and again on the website in tiny versions though. Hopefully long term they will pop up

I had asked my local SA to let me know if a gold one ever came through our store in 2023. I tried one on once but it wasn't long enough/big enough for me. When I tried on the gold one in Paris in September 2024, the SA told me it was the only one in Europe at the time and had been special ordered by a client who didn't end up purchasing it.
