Thought I'd post here since the Alea does have Chaine d'ancre links. :)

Here I have it wrapped twice around my left wrist for a stacked look. I have a tiny wrist so I put the chain through the loop twice and cinch it tight. It loosens quickly but I like fiddling with it. I like the look, I think it is very casual. I had a checker at the grocery remark "that looks heavy" but no other comments.

The chaine d'ancre link in the Alea is the same size as the largest chaine d'ancre link in my farandole 120... does anyone know what size that is? pm, mm, gm, or tgm?

Fun, thanks for posting, Junkenpo! I believe the Farandole necklace has all four sizes of the Chaîne d'Ancre links, TGM, GM, MM and PM. So, that would make the largest links on your Farandole the TGM.

Thank you! That helps me visualize much better.

After I got the alea, I was playing with the idea of getting a chaine d'ancre bracelet but wasn't sure what size. Since I can double wrap the alea, I think I would actually go smaller--pm or mm. No more jewelry for me for awhile though, I'm saving up for a shawl now. lol

Googled it and love it!

It looks quite substantial. I bet it would make a lovely sound when worn.

Thanks so much, crazyforhermes, and Junkenpo, for the info and photos, I love it! :smile1: It looks like it's also comprised of all four sizes of the Chaîne d'Ancre links. Does anyone know if the Tintamarre bracelet is a current offering?
