What would be the base cost? I’ve never even seen a base cost for 20 GMOP to add the 30% to....
I was also thinking of three motifs in pink gold - all GMOP and/or one white mop, one pink sevrés or solid pink gold and one GMOP. Have no clue about a base price.
I guess I have to go to a boutique - wondering if there’s one in Stuttgart.
I was just going to say that I was quoted $4800 for WMOP/RG 5 motif bracelet (which is the expected 30% range markup). For GMOP/RG 5 motif bracelet the quote was $5050. I don’t know why we were quoted such different prices!
The timeframe I was told was 2-5 months. However, this was a month ago, so maybe they have delayed the ETAs due to a lot of orders?
So for the 20 motif GMOP, just take the WMOP/YG 20 motif price and add a small amount for GMOP markup then add 30%. Your SA will have the prices though.

Also, unfortunately it’s not a build-your-own custom order, only from the list/chart. So no pink porcelain option etc. I was so excited when I first heard about this, but almost everything I wanted was not on the list.

I must admit I am very turned off by this order list since it feels like an easy way for VCA to make a higher margin on their pieces. I do not see how any of these pieces cost them an extra 30% since they are just changing up the gold colour in most cases, gold they would make for an ‘off the shelf’ piece already. Luckily I have many other items off the shelf pieces I want so I will stick with that for now.

I don't understand this markup- when everybody can order this, why extra 30%? Can they not include these to the permanent line?
That's what we would all love. But maybe VCA is afraid of pissing off VIPs or long time clients who went through strict long time SO approval procedures and the high mark-up themselves?
But I totally understand the point that all these combinations offered as SOs shouldn't be difficult to manufacture.
I agree I though it was high too (and likely a math error) but since I wasn't interested in moving ahead I just shrugged.
VCA will get my money one way or another. 
In my opinion, VCA is only charging this mark-up because they know people will pay for it. And they are keeping these stone/gold combinations SO partly for exclusivity and partly for larger profit margins. It is only when people start speaking with their wallets that they will change.

That is right.
