I think this will be one h&m collaboration I avoid like the plague, like everyone else, I think the WANG is too flashy, the boots are cute but I'm surprised at the price, Isabel marants collection was lovely and I wear it all the time, whereas if I buy these boots I doubt I'll ever wear it, and the most expensive item is the one you never wear.

I felt this way about the previous collections as well: you can get the original brand for the same price on sales websites such as The Outnet, or if you spend enough time digging around. Especially because designers were previously reusing old collection designs for the H&M stuff.The pricing is...they cost as much as the original Freja boots on theoutnet

My feeling is that this line is priced too close to the T by A. Wang or the original A. Wang line on discount... which is weird because these 'collaboration' lines are meant to be an 'entry' towards the full fledge line.
And these stuff are H&M quality even though his name is slapped all over the place. I would much rather prefer to get the real A. Wang stuff when they are on sale though...

May the lucky girl with a pair of size IT35 feet gets really lucky and need not queue outside of a H&M store at 5am in the morning cold for a pair of *ahem*H&M*ahem* quality ones at US$199)
That being said I did queue for Isabel Marant and managed to get the scarf and black lace top, as the quality was quite nice. Unfortunately I won't be in an H&M country on Nov 6th so I am GUTTED that I could potentially miss stuff cos I love Wang as a rule, and I'm definitely the sporty type. I hope lots of people won't like it, haha.

I had it in my cart, tried checking out but kept getting the busy visitors page then when I was able to check out it sold out on me. ARGHHHH! I guess it wasn't meant to be.
I couldn't even get to the page.. had been refreshing the site for the whole morning and by the time when I finally saw the page, everything was sold out already.. I'm gonna try some NYC stores later this evening, I'll let you know if there's any bra tops left.
here's what I got from the herald square store today. the cutout bra runs extremely small, I bought my usual size which is 2 but I can barely get it past my head so it's going back this weekend.
most of the popular items were sold out by the time I got there (the WANG sweatshirts, bustier top, scuba dress, beanie) but they still had lots of tshirts, tank tops, cropped shirts, freja booties, and the croc print sweatshirts as of 3 PM.
I'm going to the HM at Lex tomorrow to see how it is. Saw SO MANY people with HUGE AW x HM shopping bags today while going to and coming from school. I'm worried that the "WANG" sweatshirts will be sold out. But I guess it is worth a shot to check. Loving the sports bras btw. Really cool!!

Honestly, I tried the bra-top on (it was on my list) and I wasn't impressed with the fit, it just didn't look good. Same with a couple of the other pieces. I definitely didn't like the polyester materials... Isabel Marant was a better collection tbh. I ended up getting the scuba dress and I'm happy with that one.
I'm not surprised the croc sweater didn't sell, it was WAY overpriced!
