I was on the list at Barneys NY for a black one with brass studs

if this bag was twice as big i would have BOUGHT IT IN A HEARTBEAT!!!

im realizing how tiny those hollywood starlets are like ashley tisdale because the bag looks giant on them :)

but it is just too small for me - i cart around my life
the opening is too narrow - i need to be able to really rummage around in there
also its too dark inside! a black hole. i need a lighter lining so i can see stuff
and finally i wish there was an outside pocket for my celphone, metro card

but other than that -- GORGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope he makes a GIANT version someday!!!!

I hear you! I'm normally a big bag kinda girl, but I'm thinking it might be time to downsize, the Coco is just too gorgeous! Now, if only I could get my hands on one, lol!

^^ It is Annaversary's bag not sgw135..

I wish the handles were a tad longer too, but not too luch longer. I also thought the bag was going to be a bit bigger after seeing the bag on all the tiny starlets, but I am ok with it it's size.

I usually carry around the whole world with me but since this bag is smaller I feel like I can just grab it and go.. IDK if that makes sense.. but I am at peace with it's size. I am hoping the handles stretch a bit over time.

What are you talking about that this Coco is tiny, it's not that tiny, it's a good size bag like the size of the Speedy 35. Great size & the leather is so soft that makes it easier to open the zipper wide enough to see the whole inside. I agree on the handles that it's a bit short to fit the shoulder, but it'll probably stretched out after a long use.

Anyway, just happened to be in NY right now & just left Barneys in Madison Ave. to check the new Coco versions. Any of you ladies who are on the waitlist for the Coco, I saw the SA preparing to check bags ready to ship. She has like about 10 Cocos in front of her for people on the waitlist.

She showed me 1 Grey w/ Silver Coco that was on hold for somebody. It looks better in person than in the pictures w/ the same leather as the Black but not as deeply textured, very soft & thick. The only thing that bothers me w/ the grey leather, it got a lot of scratches, very prone to cratches. I saw a different bag on display w/ the same grey leather, it already had stains on it. I think it's a very delicate color & another thing, some part of the bag is faded, not evenly dyed. That's just my observation. I'll pass on the Grey, I'm glad I got the Black Coco w/ brass studs. I wish AW had used a darker color grey.

^^ thanks for that info .... now im all set on the black coco with brass studs ughh what a magnificent bag if only i could get my hands on one this second .... off to the waitlists i go!!!
