Just got mine and thought I'd share some photos of the hardware since it looks so different in most of the pictures I've seen.
It's much more lighter and pretty shiny as well.

Somehow I managed to loose this little loop here and I have no idea where it belongs! Any ideas?

The other day I spoke with someone at the soho AW store. She told me AW wanted to change things up and go for a sleeker look (softer leather and less texture).
Well I guess it's coming sooner than later because Neiman Marcus has exactly as she described, Pale Gold studs and all, up for pre-order. What do you guys think?
Plus if you look at the colors you will see a Dark Argon as a choice. Anyone know what color that is?

^^I love that leather...now for a different colored hardware choice and I am in.

I thought that Argon was a bright blue. AW always seems to have a red and a blue bag for fall...so maybe this year they are "burgundy" and "dark argon".

Me too! I love the Pale Gold, just not for me. The SA said a lot of the PG hw will be used. They are phasing out the silver/ antique silver for now. Which sucks because that is my fave. But hopefully there will be an alternate hw choice.

I'm kinda bummed if they are phasing out the silver colors. My citrus Rocco has PG, but since that's yellow I'm okay with that. Otherwise I don't have a lot of gold stuff.

If they are referring to argon, as in the chemical element, that's a bright blue-green. Could be interesting if that's where they are going.

OMG THANK GOD! They're changing the leather. I purchased the Rocco about a month ago but returned it after wearing it only two times because the leather was already wearing on the edges!!! This leather looks more durable against clothes. So excited !!! Will look forward to repurchasing again.

it's funny, i've never been a stickler for the pebbles, i'm not fanatic about having them on the bag, but somehow no pebbles just doesn't look as appealing to me. for the same reason the pony hair and the neoprene didn't appeal to me.

i wish they would do more laser cut velvet.

From another blog I saw that AW is coming out with a dark teal with PG HW, therefore I am pretty sure that is what is being referred to as Dark Argon Hope that helps!

Hm the new leather does seem as if it will wear better but I just feel like the pebbling makes the rocco. Also why I don't LOVE the neoprene.

I do love me some pale gold though. I don't like the brass studs.
