Just bought my first rocco a few days ago. LOVE it but the threading is already coming off on one of the straps! What's the deal?? ANyone else have issues or repairing ideas?

OMG!! Where did you buy it?/ I would take it back. I use mine everyday and love it. I am sure if you take it back where you got it they will replace it especially if you just got it.
I prefer the strap. I have the quilted luggage without strap then the black with strap and the black I now use everyday because it can be carried both ways.

I think the strap definitely makes it easier...I find that it can get pretty heavy handheld or in the crook of the arm, but on the shoulder/ crossbody I can work with the weight much better, and it doesn't feel heavy to me then. The strap is what makes the Rocco my favorite bag, it's the perfect shape, perfect color (for me, black), gorgeous leather, and I can wear it multiple ways.
I love the strap. I ended up selling my bag without the strap and purchased one with a strap. It is nice to have the option.
that happend to me recently i purchased mine on shopbop a while back and now its out of stock so i cant bare to be without my rocco, what i did was buy a good leather safe super glue and glue together the part that was unraveling and its been perfect, hope that helped

I would contact AW directly about repairing it. If they can't/don't do anything I would try a local cobbler or saddlery. I've had good luck at my local tack shop having small repairs done by there leathersmith. HTH

Weird question: how do you store your rocco??

^I'd be interested in thoughts on this too, I saw some pics of Miranda Kerr carrying luggage Rocco and it held its barrel shape really well, but mine just collapses onto itself, esp after being stored. It's almost like it needs a firm barrel shaper device!
