Has anybody here returned their Rocco to Forward Revolve or have had experience returning other items there? I'm asking b/c I just received my Rocco and there's tiny imperfections to the leather and the thread in the handle looks like it's already coming undone. I would like to return it if the transaction will be simple; however, if it's one of those places where I won't see a credit for a month then I probably won't bother with it.

They're usually really great with returns. I'm pretty sure it's free returns and shipping with Revolve. The credit will be back probably by the end of the billing cycle. Also, if you can deal with it, they might offer 10% back for the defect because that's what they did once with my shoes.

Dilemma! So, since Madison LA does not give refunds on bags, I still have the Mini Rocco (Black/brass), even though I'm keeping the baby (black/black). They will give store credit within 10 business days (I have 5 left), but I do not want there store credit as I live in NY. My other option, which I've been trying is to sell it-but It seems as though no one is buying. So, should I return it for store credit and use that money for x-mas or continue to try to sell it? :confused1:

A couple months ago, I returned a D&G Lily to Forward and there were no issues. They pay the return shipping and tracking as well. The only problem I encountered was at the post office. The clerk kept insisting that I pay for tracking until I had her read the label stating that the customer pays nothing! Anyway, I received an email from them after about a week-10 days stating that credit had been issued to my account.

Were it me, I would try to sell it rather than wait, however it's whatever you can afford to do. IMO, that's a lot of money to have tied up and there's no guarantee that you're going to find something else there that you want. I'm guessing that you probably paid full retail on the bag, which does make it difficult since Ebay fees are so high now. Ooohh...that makes the decision even more difficult. Sorry...guess I'm not much help.

^ that's the problem, I do not want all that money tied up In store credit. I actually got it with a minor discount, so the eba* prices/fee will be covered at the amount listed. I guess I'll pray it sells, it's just nerve decking to wait.
