Good times! I love this movie. The guy was sexy as hell in this movie. He should do that more often.

ETA: Skarsnews again said he won't attend. I would so laugh out loud if he goes. If that happens I'll never believe anything again from them.

In the latest true blood preview I think the shirtless guy standing behind Sookie is Alcide. The scene appears to be in daylight so it can't be Eric, also he would be much paler.

Based on my expertise of Skarsgard's nipples, I am sure that is not Alex.

Nope, I don't think so. Alcide's abs would be more defined and the skin would be darker. And I also see hair on the chest, Alcide has no hair on the chest. Compare with the promo where Sookie and Alcide standing next to each other.

Hmmm...I don't know on that one - she's wearing the same outfit she had on when she ran into Eric stumbling around in the dark and Joe's body is so ripped and this isn't so much - I figured it was that she brought him home, called Pam, Pam told her he got spell'd, he's still standing in her living room half-naked. But it is funny, isn't it, that we here have dedicated enough time to nip-analysis that we would be observant of that point...:graucho:

Bag - very possible he won't go given the timing of his shoots, which sucks, but yeah, that's going to be crazy if he does. Interesting that the gossips/news outlets seem to think he'll be there. But that might just be their speculation and acknowledgement of our longing to see him in a tux...:cool:

I sort of wondered if that was Alcide too, the nipples look a little more...pronounced? Nipply? than AS"s are but I guess it could be the lighting. Or the makeup girl was playing with them or something.

Squirrel, I don't like that statement. It sounds so negative, as if you wanna say there's no chance in hell he'll go. Is that what you wanna imply? I really hope not. This is the last straw I'm hanging on. So please don't take it away from me.

Because quite honestly, if he doesn't go, I think I'm going to have to ask Joanie to "make" him go, i.e. magically work him into the press call shots anyway so I can pretend because I want him to go for him and to get the recognition...see if only he were a REAL vampire, he could fly himself there at superspeed...sigh...

See that's the right attitude. We could pay Robin Baum a lot of money so she makes him go. Or we could tell Alan Ball he can do whatever he wants with Bill as long as he lets Alex go to Cannes. Or is that too risky?

I really should stop looking through my old my magazines because of Beige but every now and then there's a gem among it. Just found an article from September '10 about them breaking up. He doesn't want to marry her because he'd rather become an A-list actor and that's why she broke up with him. Hilarious! They also didn't take an advantageous picture of her. Obviously back in September I didn't pay that much attention but they wrote at least his name right. :tup:

I must have bumped my head, err, I clearly didn't pay close enough attention to the promo. It is clearly a night scene and that is definitely a Skarsgard Nipple. I am sure to lose you Askars fangirl card over this grievous mistake.
Let's just say I hyperventilated from the Alex overload and the loss of oxygen F-ed up my memory. You know Orgasms can do that:graucho:

I'm still a bit hurt about you even implying that couldn't be Alex's beautiful chest. You must not only have had a lack of oxygen but also lack of eyesight apparently. But TBster you have Squirrel and me to lead you back on the right path.
