Well, another day another gym visit later.
If you never saw your trainer having a face like this :shocked: I had the pleasure yesterday. Now I feel like being in kindergarden again. Cycling is the only thing I'm allowed to do until next week. Great, really great. But I can attend classes and today we'll be doing the abs special.

Here it's Spring Break and 75-80 degrees everyday! The only bad side is that I need to buy groceries and new clothes or I'd be outside the whole time.

Well, I'm sure deep inside he did this :rofl: when I told him about my previous injuries. I mean, what does he want? I played volleyball for a long time, things happen. And because he wasn't satisfied with my heartbeat (remember I'm going exactly for one week) I can do only cycling.
I'm pretty sure Alex doesn't get laughed at when visiting the gym. Or ... ooohhh ... changing in the locker room.

In summary .... everything your local gym offers. :nuts:
He basically said to advance the metabolism I should eat before, during and after the work out what's boosting the metabolism but only stuff that is in the fridge at the gym (you know, to make money). We tried the protein shake yesterday and I think we'll stick with that. There are also bars to boost the metabolism. I think I'll try one of these and if it tastes good I'll take one now and then. No further nutrition tips. Next appointment next week to show us how to use the 'devices'. Until then we have to occupy by ourselves.
Those bodybuilders are scaring me. There's too much of everything on them and they drink those protein shakes like water.

Hey CapitolGirl! How's my buddy doing :nuts:? Hmmm...I think you're right. I don't remember the cast going to each other's premieres. I could be wrong, but I don't remember hearing of anyone going to the movie "Secretariat's" premiere to support Nelsan Ellis (Lafayette). I know he and Rutina are good friends so she may have gone to the premiere :thinkin:.

Kate Bosworth Continues to Struggle with Personal Style

For those of you who have a signifigant other, aren't you glad they are there to tell you when you are wearing something completely stupid?

Apparently, Kate Bosworth is missing that special someone to give her that help because she continues to step out in public in outfits that are so gag worthy the general public should throw stones at her while she retreats back inside her house. Here is a prime example of Kate Bosworth's style... well, ugly style (pic from People's Style Watch site). That Burberry coat is way too big and baggy on her frail body and those adorable Chloe boots look so cheap with that childish drop waist denim jumper by Mullberry. And to top it off, Kate paired the unfortunate look with a red bag... I'm starting to think she was going for the, "Worst Dressed of the Week," title.

Um, yeah. Including the pics x17 put up on her from yesterday. The answer is Cher, people. I swear I don't think that woman likes her much from what she puts on her some days.

It still hacks me off that Perez Hilton has seen Askars naked in the locker room at Equinox and Alan Ball can't throw us a bone, er, full frontal. Whatever. The mystery lives on. And do a set of abs for me BB, thanks.

BTW, in addition to Skars having twitter feeds dedicated to his d*ck, a** and neck (along with the drunk and egotistical versions of himself), apparently, that wretched paisley coat that bi*ch, er, Tweegy keeps dressing Skars in also has its own twitter feed, as does Kake's mascot giraffe (above) Henwy/Henry. Please. As if a paisley coat could compete with the gracious plenty. Dream on ladies...
