I was just thinking the same thing!!! There are no pics of AS/SM/APsitting together at all the TB events that Twiggs showed her face at. Now that speaks volumes. In fact, there were posts that say that AS/SM/AP did not interact all that much at those events.:thinkin:

Cooki, so very true. JJ at the very least is usually guilty of over noting things like "Girlfriend X was busy shooting a movie so Big Star took a friend instead!" because the PR people tell him to do so. Not a peep from the airport photos (although he did note a "solo" Alex returned) and no nothing on the Emmys themselves. Very odd. I don't think anyone's surprised she wasn't at the event, but not any of the parties? That is the odd thing.

Yeah, I think it is pretty weird that JJ hasn't mentioned her or them as a couple since the WoW festival video. And I also find the "marry me or I quit" scenario pretty ridiculous. I think, if they did indeed break up, which I doubt, that it was a "KB: get serious with me or I quit/ASkars: then I quit" situation. You could speculate from pictures of them in Sweden that she was trying to push the relationship to the next level and he just wasn't having it.

IDK, I still don't think they've "broken up." The pessimist in me says no, so I'm sticking with that. I fully expect her to show up in Hawaii in some bikini that's too big for her (despite the fact that it's the smallest size they make) posing it up for the paps on the beach while Alex is actually working. KB is like a cockroach. Even a Nuclear Holocaust isn't going to get rid of her.

We’re pleased to report some good behavior from Alexander Skarsgard, who sat around looking mopey, clearly missing GF Kate Bosworth; the two have been overseas in Sweden but he flew back to LA specially for the Emmys. Although women approached him by the droves, he hung with a guy pal and sipped champagne

Either this is PR or they were looking at another set of pictures that we did not see.

alex only seemed happy when he was with AP/SM. In the other pictures he's serious and I don't remember him being that serious at other awards shows. Maybe he was being mopey. I just don't think anything of her not showing up to the emmys. She could actually be working and couldn't go.

LOL!! That's a pretty accurate description. I'm a pessimist like you, so I doubt they're finished. Doesn't stop me from hoping, but it'll take more than this for me to believe it.

Mopey? Geez, the guy must have been jet-lagged out of his mind. These folks are funny - remember they were the ones who gushingly repeated the "exclusive" of every detail of KB's Boston and Sweden travel plans which is no accident. I didn't think he looked particularly serious or out of sorts - he has a "photo face" that someone has told him makes him look sexy and he uses it a lot, especially for the posed photos. His interviews seemed generally light-hearted and fun and he looked much more relaxed than he has at other times IMHO. Plus, he missed the AP/SM wedding so what better time to catch up with them when they weren't caught up with family, etc.

ps that's an odd comment about him flying back specially for the Emmys - implies she's still in Sweden or something which we know isn't true. OH well. Gossip rags are fun to pick apart, no? I am sure too we haven't seen the last of her, but odd behavior nonetheless.

Remember when he was trying to sneak past the E reporter to get a beer? He said he was pretty jet-lagged and he needed to wake up. That would explain the look. Honestly he looked exhausted to me.
