Hi, all.
I've discovered that Dayrunner refills work for my small agenda. Here are some pics:

And today I finally found a gold mini pen to fit in my small agenda. It's the St. Tropez petite pen by Marvy that I found at Crane & Co Paper Makers. It's only 4 inches long! The pen is retractable by twisting and the other tip can be used as a stylus for PDA's. It was only $7 and comes with its own cute case:

It's a bit too fat to fit into the tiny loop in the agenda so I use the pen clip to attach it to the loop. Works great!
