What's the difference between aged and regular natural cowhide? I'm looking at the Boite Chapeau Souple PM versus the regular size (MM). The PM is aged and the MM is not. Is there a difference in how the leather should be cared for? (I have purchased the boite chapeau PM and it's my first purse with vachetta so I'm a bit nervous).
