Hoping my suede rogue gets here by Thurs so I can decide! I haven't seen the oak suede and hear mixed opinions on it so I had to see it IRL. Knowing me....I'll like it AND buy the rivet rogue!

i returned mine because t wasnt big enough for campus use. but now regretting it, hoping its still available in my store. i might have to call them to hold it! i love the straps and the way it lies on the shoulder.
I'm loving the suede Rogue in oak! Got it yesterday and it is exactly as I was hoping! I like how the straps have black one one side and oxblood on the other and the same with the hang tag.
I think I'm going to hunt for the oxblood w/ rivets from a few seasons ago. I think I really want the darker suede inside instead of the red like the one currently in the SAS and if I can get lucky and find the 36 with whiplash, that would be a bonus! I saw a few were on Mercari but sold and at very reasonable prices.
Now I want to accessorize my suede rogue. Thinking of the oxblood wallet in cross stitch - the envelope style one. I bought the pink tooled envelope style wallet (leather) a few weeks ago and actually find it holds as much as a larger zip around does. I'm hoping the coated cotton is as flexible. I find I like either a zip around or envelope wallet. I don't like when they open all the way for all to see.
Here's a photo of my oak rogue and a stock photo of the charm and wallet I'm thinking of. I think I'm going to order the oxblood cross stitch bag strap, too but to use on other bags. I don't find the straps work well on the rogues IMO.
Glad you like it. It's gorgeous! I almost bought this when it first came out but decided I should get something else so I ended up with the Rogue Satchel in butterscotch.
I was really tempted by this bag during my recent shopping expeditions, I went for the studded oxblood instead, but the suede is gorgeous and I love your accessories, congratulations!
how do you think the suede will hold up in rain? i saw it today, and was torn between that and the oxblood prairie. ended up with the black rogue tote with rivets, but really not sure what i'm gonna end up keeping.
Thank you! I keep thinking of your oxblood rivet bag with the red suede. I guess I should go with my first feeling on it and while I love the bag, I will have to be patient and one will show up on the non-retail sites. I saw a few on Mercari that went for fantastic prices and one in the 36 with whiplash that went for something like $300! That was a steal! You just have to keep on it and one will pop up! But if I'm near a store any time soon, I'll have to admire the one at retail again. It is nice to order a NEW bag and you know what you are getting.
Suede is not for me but I adore your oxblood one so much I have just caved in and ordered one
so i did buy the suede rogue, in part because of your posts; its gorgeous!! but i do worry about the handles -- they seem to pull the bag inward, and i wonder if that will wear down the suede over time. can't decide whether to keep or trade for another style. it really is pretty though.

Yes! I have been carrying it almost non-stop for 2 months and it is holding up great, I love this bag!
They are still asking $995 for the bag at Neiman Marcus!
i bought it twice on the 50% sale, returned it both times. did the same with the suede rogue. my DH really didnt care for it, said it reminded him of his grandmother's bags. i guess it does have a retro look to it. i should have kept it, one of those remorse moments. but i was afraid, with the 30 day window, to keep it and not use it. oh well, so now i dont own a single rogue.
