Awesome news, fans: Broadway favorites Aaron Tveit and Sierra Boggess will be among the starry presenters at the 2013 Broadway.com Audience Choice Awards! The duo will hand out trophies at the craziest, funnest, and—let’s face it—best awards show of the season. The Broadway.com Audience Choice Awards will be held on May 5 at the Allen Room at Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Frederick P. Rose Hall in the Time Warner Center in New York City. The ceremony’s host and more presenters will be announced shortly.

Tveit earned a 2009 Broadway.com Audience Choice Award for Favorite Featured Actor in a Broadway Musical for his performance in Next to Normal. His additional Broadway credits include Catch Me If You Can, Wicked and Hairspray. His film and TV credits include Les Miserables, Premium Rush, Howl, Ghost Town and the forthcoming USA drama Graceland. Tveit will perform his first concert series at 54 Below on May 3, 11, 17 and 18.

Boggess won a 2008 Broadway.com Audience Choice Award for Favorite Breakthrough Performance in The Little Mermaid. She has also appeared in Master Class and most recently as Christine in The Phantom of the Opera, reprising her performance from the 2011 concert version at the Royal Albert Hall. In the West End, Boggess starred in Les Miserables and Love Never Dies.

Stay tuned to Broadway.com for more starry presenters!

Wicked - The Movie,

So Wicked the movie is in talks but if you look it says David Stone is a producer (Next to Normal producer) AKA he has worked with Aaron Tveit in the past. So I mean lets be real here there is a chance that Aaron will audition knowing the producer. And the movie should be good because the director announced is Stephen Daldry, who also directed Billy Elliot and many more movies.
