I reported both of these as well - the one mentioned in post 541 - twice so far.

Does there have to be a certain number of reports on a listing for ebay to pull it?
They never pull anything I report. It's gotten to be almost a game....

I don't know what devil is with fleabay but some of these are so blatantly fake that they're obvious even to me. That caramel you posted was also reported numerous times. I used my husband's account report as well as told one cousin and another best friend (bal addicts) to report these, they have but so far to no avail. It's sick. I've also reported those originally from koodos and of course they're sold!

I actually asked him if he can produce a receipt from Bal Costa Mesa (just for fun) and he actually got back to me and said he can show me the cc statement...

^^^ It looks fake to me too I haven't watched Bal since 2006 so I can't say for sure but it definitely looks off to me. I also recall seeing another fake Bal I can't recall the seller name but the seller listed the item as "in their office in Brazil" which seemed weird too me and this listing also says that so it makes me think it's the same seller.
