I bought a Balenciaga handbag from this seller Tiara's Collection (you can search it on Facebook)

https://www.facebook.com/Aber1969
last year through Facebook online selling. I returned the bag to the seller because it was non-genuine/counterfeit. I had it authenticated online by Luxury Authentication Australia and in person thru Royal Bag Spa in Melbourne Australia with same results - Fake/Counterfeit. This seller was so arrogant, until now she's 100 percent confident that her item was authentic. She refused to return/refund my money. I have the actual item with me. I have reported it to Japan Anti Fraud Organization and I was asked to provide some documents to prove my claim and I did.

The very reason why I am sharing this here is for awareness. This seller continue to Live Sell in Facebook. She is selling some high- end brand with poor knowledge. I don't want this to happen to anyone. Attached here are the certificates and the actual pictures of the handbag.

You can watch this video where she was asking a sales staff in a second hand shop in Japan if the handbag was real or not.

Just gambled and got burned by TRR's shoddy "authentication" process. I know some of y'all dislike the tri-color bags from Holiday 2009/2010, but I've always been fond of the boarskin/lambskin mix in the ciel/burgundy/gray/blue combo.

ANYWAY, at about 1am last week, I was trawling the interwebs and a tricolor Work popped up on TRR and I got excited as I rarely see these bags come up for sale. Now on TRR, the photos, as we know, are always less than ideal, so I pulled the trigger and took a shot that when it arrived it would be authentic and in the condition they described.

Sadly, it was not to be. The leather is all wrong *and* the color code is wrong. I'm so pissed off. Can anyone describe their experience with getting a refund on a fake bag from TRR?

Can you post close ups of the zipper head, bale, and rivet please?

No snap bale, as this is a Work with no strap, but here's the rest of the hardware, which looks good to me. My issue is with the leather and the color code. :shrugs:

I can’t comment on the boar leather but the details I see all look fine. As for the colour code, I see it’s off by one number. I’ll research a little more later today. But we’ve seen anomalies before.

I thank you greatly for your input.
I've found a tri-colour Day bag that looks to be agneau all over but most of what I've seen is boar trim. A TPFer mentioned she saw them in Hong Kong and that the trim was calf, although I can't verify that obviously.
So, as mentioned, it looks authentic to me. Regarding the colour code, no idea, maybe an error, maybe the non-boar were coded differently... :hrmm:
