Personally I love my City, you have a few Balenciagas already so maybe another kind would be better. In the end they are both gorgeous so it is a win-win situation.

i'd go for the city... although you already have the first, the city is a completely different look. it carries tons of stuff without being so heavy. it's an easy bag to carry and very practical. i think the paddy is too heavy and the quality of the hardware is disappointing.

It's a tough call, because the City and Paddy are SO different!!! I think you should try carrying both before making a decision. The Paddy is very heavy, but you might feel it's worth it. It is a distinctive bag.

The City is extremely light and practical, although you already have a few Balenciaga bags. I personally LOVE the City style, so I would encourage you to consider that option. (Can't have too many City bags!)

Blove why do you think people will be unloading their paddies and for less? Just curious :p I thought they were very in demand still?

An ivory/blanc paddy is absolutely gorgeous, along with the whiskey, anthracite, mousse, noir, etc... Actually, come to think of it, I like the paddy in most colors. I think paddies also look better in warmer hues than cooler ones.

Good luck! I don't think you can really go wrong with either one. I would consider what style you are looking for. And Discobunniee is definitely right, a paddy would certainly provide variety.
