The chalk allows the design to pop the best of any colors.. a wristlet done in it would be okay.. i would worry a wallet would get dirty, i own a Coach wallet in a cream color done in coated canvas and it definitely shows the dirt faster...

Saddle is ultimately the most neutral color overall.. i wasn't a fan of the black because of the chalk line designs. Red is okay.. but chalk is my #1 followed by Saddle and the red, black..

So personal though, go with what you feels give you the most use. :smile1:

I bought all but the chalk, I thought it might get dirty. I returned the black because I had already bought a black one at FP. I may return the others because of the "coated canvas" issue.

So my charge send from Woodbury Commons showed up - INSTANT RETURN. The bag absolutely stinks of lighter fluid/smoke and was filthy. I tried to wash her a little but the smell has permeated the leather... Such a shame. I'm making a trip up to return it tonight because it is literally stinking up my house :(

Ugggh! What a letdown. I spoke with a collector friend today who had actually been to Woodbury early in this sale and she said many of the items that were 50%, were priced that way for a reason. She did get some excellent items though, so not all of them are rejects.

Off topic but did you get any order/shipping conformation email from them? My charge send order was processed on Sunday but so far have not received anything.

:laugh: There seems to be an epidemic of stinky goods being sold. On a FB forum I'm on, someone got cigarette-smoky clothes, I just got a very thrift-shop smelling shirt (seller refunded) and now Coach bags. That's just in the past 2 days!

It's a bummer that it was a reject. The blue color is so pretty, and it's a cute bag.

Sign of serious Snoopy addiction: spending hours trying to translate the Chinese user manual for your adorable Snoopy label maker only to risk baldness from pulling out your hair. Fortunately, another collector can translate for me so will be able to tell me which combination of buttons to push to get the little Snoopy heads to show up on my labels. Because that IS important! :laugh:

The saddle may be the most versatile aside from black since it's neutral, if you can only get one wallet, but if you already have a neutral wallet getting the Snoopy in chalk could be a special occasion item so it would hold up longer.

Thank you all for your input! I ended up keeping the black wristlet only. I was going to return the saddle and chalk and get the red wallet (really grew on me as the graphic stands out and the wallet color is adult and bold) but at the end of the day - I didn't want all this snoopy stuff- there are so many other bags to covet ;) The wristlet is a nice leather keepsake and I can enjoy the dark color without worrying about it getting spoiled!

Also wallet prices went from 99 to 119!
