Those are cute and the leather looks nice! Too bad the strap isn't removable. It's make it more versatile.
I got no response to my (two) inquiries about the 'calf leather'. I can't believe no one at Coach noticed, or fixed the descriptions. Makes me think they actually did do it on purpose.
I think our UPS guys arrived at the same time, LOL! Mine showed up about 5 minutes after I posted the "where are youuuuu?"
Cute!! I love the wristlets. They're my favorite item out of this batch.
I'm leaning toward getting at least one crossbody. I do like my little yellow and blue ones I got last time, and since these are the smooth leather I'd be OK with them. They fit me well when I just need essentials and I love the hands-free aspect of them.
Legit. The outlet here was supposed to get their inventory last Friday (their typical schedule, giving them a weekend to prep bags for display). They showed up only today. I don't know what's up with the distribution but it's lagging all over. Also true about the "not all stores" and I know not all stores will have all things. Only Tier One stores will have the large Bennett bags (which means not my local outlet but I don't care because I'm *not* a fan of this franken-fabric-leather).
It's a smidge smaller, closer to the size of the Taxi 24 I got from the 1st release. It weighs a LOT less than the other Snoopy zip tote I have, and size doesn't account for that. This is a very lightweight bag.
So... my 2 cents:
Tote - WTF were they thinking with this material?!? It really does feel like canvas. It's sooooo light. It's stiff. The SA at the outlet here says it's crossgrain and that they screwed up the care cards. She's calling about that because she said if people DO use the fabric cleaner on a leather bag, it won't end well. I'm keeping mine semi-wrapped and will let it sit here for the 60 day window while I keep checking prices. I would not mind this bag for under $100. At $175, I'm not happy with it, but as a Snoopy collector it has an appeal. If this were not a Peanuts bag, I'd not have purchased it in the first place. It feels weird.
Wallet - nice! Smooth, soft leather. It doesn't have that nice faux turnlock, BUT it does have a leather zipper tab inside which feels nicer to my fingers than the tiny metal one on the FP wallet, and this has an outside pocket on the back which the FP also lacks. The lining is not quite as nice as the FP wallet (no COACH logo print) and the leather inside is that funky crossgrain instead of smooth) but that's not an issue.
Wristlets - LOVE!!! My favorite pieces of the lot. Soft, smooth, yummy leather. Adorable artwork. I don't have any FP ones to compare with (those all sold out before I could get any and there's no way in Hell Michigan I'd pay eBay prices for one)
Bag charms - CUTE! I'm happy with them for $25. They aren't worth $50 As a Snoopy fan, I'm pleased with them. They'll hang on my bags and look cute. They sorely lack the care, quality and detail of other fobs. These are a single layer of stiff leather which is where that weird lump comes from. There's nothing to cushion where the loop holding the rings fits onto the Snoopy. If this had 2 layers of leather, that would be sandwiched between those and thus not noticeable. There's no way these are suitable for key fob use. It's only a matter of time before that loop slips out of Snoopy's head, and with repeated handling the paint would wear quickly. Dangling from a bag is all the work these could handle. But again... CUTE!!!!
I've ruled out getting a Bennett due to my dislike of this material. I'll likely add a crossbody and cosmetic case when I go to the store (and the wristlet in saddle, the only color I couldn't get online due to their restrictions).

Very nice! those wee crossbody bags are super small... almost a mini skinny with a strap lol.
That's to bad. Disappointing the satchel doesn't meet expectations.
TOtally agree with QL below.. they are simply reading off a screen, even the included care cards do not coincide with that information.

That's where they were in mine too. Glad I happened to look there! I grabbed last two Woodstock at my store. They didn't have many at all
Good to hear your thoughts, what i put in bold is what bugs me, while i enjoy my Peanuts i will only purchase items that are more than just snoopy slapped onto a bag lol.

Glad to hear the wristlets are decent i do have a FP one to compare with though it is much bigger than this MFF line plus mine is only woodstock.. i adore mine ( the leather, the turnlock and woodstock ).. so in other words i am going to be super picky.
The fobs sound like a no, based upon your description... they look cute but they do not sound appealing to me based on the construction.. i have very few fobs and admit to being awfully picky on the ones i have chosen.
Looking forward to checking out the wristlets and the cosmetic cases tomorrow. Thanks for your detailed thoughts.

Lucky you to have some FP wristlets! With all the ordering limitations, I went for bigger bags first. I did get lucky with people returning folios, and have a couple that match 2 of my totes, but no wristlets. That's why I want all 4 of these. You might also check out the wallets when you go. I think they did a really fine job on them and I like that additional back open pocket.

I didn't see any at TSC(just there past weekend, getting my woolies feed) but maybe toy stores that sell the figures??
