One more question: did the care card say to use the fabric cleaner? Or the leather cleaner? All the totes are saying fabric cleaner, which seems at odds with it being represented as calf leather.

Great haul! Love to hear what the white wristlet is like... i swear despite my anti-white bag/SLG policy i adore it done with this color best. lol.

I had the feeling she was lying to me as well. I was very specific with the exact item numbers and then a verbal description.

Everything from her was no no no...

I don't know why either, but I thought that it was very strange that many items were reported at that location, and when I called they did not have a single item. Not just the satchel, but the luggage tag and the agendas. Not one thing.

But I believe it when a forum member tells us that outlet has several items.

She may not have felt like doing a chargesend...some of the folks at Coach can be nasty, not to mention the fact that we know more about what's going on at Coach than they do.

-or- some just want items for themselves.. seems that has happened before when other members have actually had a bag in their hands and put it back.. did a walk around and returned to be told it was never there.
