A new Coach Line called Snoopy?

I'm with you on this. Any MFF fob or SLG I get will definitely be used! I'm still afraid to use my Snoopy handtags because I think I'll lose them.

While i do use mine, i do prefer the more secure attachment of the fob shown vs the chain hang tag i have....

I am not concerned about it ruining my FP they won't be using glove tanned leather that's for sure lol Let's hope they go to pebbled and not crossgrain.. heck i'd take coated canvas over that.

New Snoopy UPDATE! :yahoo:

I could see the price tags on the fobs for sale on ebay were $50, and since items are usually marked up by this seller but these were also listed at $50, I wondered if they were MFF. I just got off the phone with the local outlet and YES!!! there will be a new Peanuts MFF line coming out in January. That's all she knew, no exact date, nor specific items, but I'm on their "to notify" list (I didn't even ask... they must go by purchase history, lol).

I'm hoping that El Nino is true to form and we don't get snow this winter because ugh! January! Or if it snows maybe I'll just say "charge send one of everything" if it's snowing. :graucho:

I called it! Lol. Thanks for update

I guess I'm easily amused  I'm thrilled there will be cheap keyfobs in the Peanuts line since they won't be so "precious" that I'm loathe to use them (like the $95 Snoopy fobs that still sell for double the price). At outlet price, I can buy a couple of each style and not suffer a big loss if one gets lost or stolen. I'm also hoping for more SLGs at factory, maybe like a coin purse or smaller wallet that will fit in the mini surrey satchels.
I agree!

I thought that about the price as well..... Weren't the FP fobs cheaper? I am blanking on how much they cost. Or are they doing the thing where they pretend the price is $50 but it is really whatever discount the outlets have that day?

Either way, I find the whole thing annoying. I would rather they would have had fobs released at FP store at the reasonable price they had and a better looking product (like the old ones).

The smaller tags with the ball chain were the in the 20's$ (i own one) they also made luggage tags which i believe those creeped up to the 50's$. Guess i am going by the new shearling fobs @ the factory currently, they are def pricey.. i have paid much less for fobs before there.

No matter the direction it'll be interesting lol.

The FP fobs were more expensive - they were those figural leather Snoopys that cost $95. The hangtags were $20, the luggage tags were $60. I believe the outlets will price these lower than the "retail" price because I don't think I've ever seen anything at outlet that wasn't discounted at least once, if not 2 or 3 times with stacking. If these wind up in the $25 range, they're actually pretty good for the price. The hangtags were pretty tiny and only had a lone stamped image on them, along with the flimsy ballchain. These have better hardware and more materials/work in the design, plus it's a licensed character. That always adds a lot to the bottom line.

I also miss the old fobs! The quality! The designs! I love the ones I have.

Thank you for posting those! You are our Official Peanuts Chicago Correspondent :D Did you peek at the goodies inside the store? I got the plush (online).

I didn't. I just passed it on my way back from lunch. But I could see through the window that they moved the Peanuts personalization section, and I wanted to get something there. I'll have to see where they moved it. There was still a sign on the window about it.
