A handbag that won't be mistaken for a fake

Oh it helps when you bite your tongue real hard - it wasn't easy to hold my mouth shut but I think any words would have been wasted on someone who's rude enough to say what she said...and that applies to anyone's opinion of a lady with a bag that she loves. If someone carries an obvious fake, that does change the way I feel about them, but voicing those opinions is not okay. And vice versa, if someone thinks your real designer piece is fake, why should you waste your time worrying what they think of you?

Still haven't gotten around to treating myself but I think a freshly baked scone w/ strawberry&rose jam and whipped cream will be on my agenda this week!

Anyone with so little class as to comment on someone else's bag so that they can hear them is not worth worrying about. I feel sorry for her actually.

If I were u, I'd buy something I really love instead of buying what others will think is genuine. However...if u can't help feeling upset from "fake comments", then try to find less copied design or brand. What about under the radar brand? Or get a less expensive brand? When I see less expensive brand, I tend to assumed they r genuine because of affordability

What a nasty comment! I carry mostly Bottega Veneta handbags. I fell in love the soft hand of the leather but what sold me on them was that no one recognizes them unless they're really in to designer bags. I almost never see one where I live...and when I do it's real. It's totally under the radar and that feels great. Maybe a non branded bag is the way to go?

Just get something that you really love, you'll know its authentic, and enjoy carrying it and that's all that matters.
I think expensive bags ( as a general rule) age well, and whilst some fakes might look ok to start with soon begin to look tatty and cheap. Quality shines through!
