Wonderful story and equally wonderful photos (and Birkin!) to embellish it all!

I guess the Monaco Hermes boutique is the store to go to for exotics and diamonds? I would love to see that store in person - the store near me never has exotics, to say nothing of diamonds!

As always, love the Birkin! You can instantly tell from the photos how supple and soft it is. Too bad the pictures came out looking a little blue, but I'm sure that purple is just stunning in person!

Thank you Kleio! Yes Monaco store is the place to get exotics. I've never seen anywhere else with so many items in exotics. I guess they cater for their clientele!

We then drove to St Tropez and checked in to our hotel.

When we went to the H Store in Monaco, there was only 1 bag onsale!! Saw a few at a store in Cannes, but it was a vintage store. Keep wanting to go back just to rumage through the store again !!

There is also a 2nd hand shop in St Tropez. There were quite a few kellys and a beautiful white bolide.

Quick update, I finally got those original posters framed. They are now hanging in my hall way. They don't look too bad, do they? So when I go to work every day in the morning, I can admire them before I set off for the day! Pictures taken one with flash and one without flash.
