you have to talk to managers or district managers for them to recognize the items, cuz they have access/viewings to ALL pieces, limited and runway. regular SA's don't. they just see what they get, and what they could possibly get in the look-book.
and by the way, the onionhead = not cute.. however it IS a charm, and like most charms, they go for about $2-4,000... so a limited edition charm going for $9,000 is not surprising. a little marked up, but oh well.
