Just to let ya know, the invitations are not up to the actual Coach stores. It is Coach corporate who deals with who gets an invitation and who doesn't.

Each time you purchase something from Coach, the SA should ask for your last name and zipcode. This allows Coach corporate to keep track of how much each customer buys.

Also, Coach SA's usually do not know when the invitations will be mailed out until corporate actually does send them out in the mail.

As far as how much one has to spend to qualify, corporate does not divulge that to SA's either...there is obviously some sort of criteria that they look for, but no one but Coach corporate knows:(

i remember seeing some on ebay, at one point. it sold for, like, $30. so if it's a $300 bag, 25% would save you $75. so, then, you'd really save $45. not quite the save, but money is money, no?

If I get one this time I think I'll go for that white optic C satchel I've been eyeing...assuming its still available. Last time I wanted to use it on the indigo patchwork satchel and it sold out earlier that week.

I think it might be, because I NEVER buy anything from the Coach store. All of my stuff comes from ebay, outlets, Macy's sales ... the only time I spent money at Coach was when they couldn't fix a bag of mine and sent me store credit. So, I spent about $400, but none of it was my money. Aside from that, I just buy little random things like keyfobs there. I got my first coupon in May and spent about $300 then and got another one this time. So I don't know how I got on the list.

I heard too that it might be due to when you register your bags in their system but I have a friend who doesn't do that at all and still gets it so I stopped registering my bags there.

Yay, hooray, I just got mine today!

Now I'm really glad that the Fair Oaks store didn't have the embossed stuff I wanted. The website claims that it's all at the Tysons Galleria flagship store, so I hope they still have some by next week when the coupon kicks in. At the very least, I'll be returning the one mini-skinny I bought, so I can get it again on discount. Woo!

FWIW, I've only registered one bag and that was over 8 years ago. I have ordered from the website once before (last year -- then returned it to the store). Most of my purchases are at either the regular store, the outlet, Nordstrom and Off Fifth. I am also oddly proud to say that I have yet to pay full price for a pair of Coach shoes. LOL

I've never registered any of my bags and I get them.

I only started buying Coach earlier this year...and I had gotten a card not long after that....I hope I get one this time around...I need a black wallet to match my new Soho Flap.
