Just wanted to give an update/warning in case anyone else in Canada is ordering from 24s lately.
First, I have no clue why my payment wouldn't go through. It was obviously not a problem with my bank, but with their system. I emailed 24s, and they told me they'd get back to me within 48 hours. They got back to me ALMOST A WEEK LATER and told me there was an error that they found and fixed. I was able to successfully place the order after this, this was on June 10, estimated delivery date was June 17. I missed a sale I wanted to buy from because of how slow their customer service is.
The package entered Canada on June 16, and has been stuck under "Clearance Event" since then. I reached out to DHL and 24s after like 3 days of this, again 24s basically just sent me an email saying "we've received your inquiry", and then radio silence. DHL replied before 24s did and told me I needed to fill out a POA?? So if I didn't reach out would it have just been stuck in that status forever?? I again emailed 24s and they told me that this sometimes happens for large purchases (order was almost $4k), and to just fill it out. DHL also told me I probably wouldn't get my package before Friday
TLDR: great prices, but their customer service is EXTREMELY SLOW and hard to talk to. DHL also horrible to deal with as always, I rarely have a good experience when a company uses them. I guess if you see it stuck in "Clearance Event", reach out asap instead of waiting for DHL or 24s to message you.
