21P sweet flap unboxing! + a bit about the sweet mini

I love this bag. Do you know how big or small compare to the classic mini square bag? thanks.

I am still waiting to receive my first classic mini square but I have the pearl crush version I compared to, the sweet mini is similar in size but a bit taller. However, the sides are more caved-in which makes the capacity smaller than the mini square I believe. I can upload photos once I get my mini square if you want .

Just about! I'd say it's a little wider, but not as boxy as the boy bag.

Very informative review I also purchased the "sweet classic flap" in navy and absolutely love it. Thanks to nat74 for helping me acquire this piece! It fits all of my daily essentials (including my iPhone 12 Pro Max) and can be worn casually as a crossbody or dressed up with the double chain. I was debating between the top handle caviar mini and this bag, but the caviar on the top handle mini appears more grainy. I prefer how the caviar on this model looks just a bit softer. I actually don't plan to add an insert to mine, I feel like the stitching at the bottom is pretty sturdy (unlike my boy bag which I had to get a base for due to the lack of stitching).

Just curious if you got it at a stand alone boutique or in department store? I like to see the bag in person first, but sometimes that’s just not possible. So I may be on the hunt for this beauty!

Great review! I purchased the mini version and I love it. The drop is a little longer than classic mini square but I like the fact that it is caviar leather. I can’t guarantee that it can hold values but at least better than some seasonal bags. I was debating between this and the mini but I went with the mini because of my size. ：DView attachment 5014006

I saw on IG that at least 2 others had the same chain kinking issue (& they also had issues w the leather part of the strap separating more than normal, creating a bigger gap at times from the chain) w the new caramel mini, so it's not just you. Yes OMG! Just thankful there’s no dot specs on...

From what I've seen, it isn't on any websites or the app. I first saw the bag from a friend on instagram and immediately went to check the website... Nothing. Other TPFers have said Chanel doesn't put ALL their seasonal bags on their website, so I think that's the case here. But the bag has been shared in the shopping 21p thread, and posted in the What's In Stock thread!
