OMG! The glazing is horrible. I’m so sorry the quality of your items are so bad. I’m disappointed that shopper didn’t inspect the items and inform you. Hopefully LV will fix it free of charge.I finally received my 3 items I ordered on 1/3 from a personal shopper I used in Paris. The shopper was waiting on the back ordered key pouch to arrive so she could ship everything I ordered together. When I received my items I noticed 2 of my items appear to have quality issues…I’m not sure if I am just being picky or if this is normal? Either way I sent pictures to LV for repair and I’m waiting to hear back. Never using a personal shopper again and sticking to ordering with a CA in the US where I can inspect my own items. I ordered the Rosalie, Key Pouch and the Emily Notebook cover. Thankfully the notebook cover looks fine although I feel like the monogram on the canvas is a bit blurry and not crisp. The glazing on the Rosalie is very bad in my opinion (there’s even a big random chunk of red glazing on the white canvas in the corner) and the key pouch appears to be stitched poorly as well! Honestly…if I could just return everything and get a refund I would. I’m a bit over this collection at this point and don’t want anything anymore. I went this long without the items and I was perfectly fine. If anything this whole multicolor collection has cost me nothing but problems, money and wasted time lol I’m not sure if I want to participate in part 2 and 3 of Murakami at this point.

OMG this is shocking! They should never have passed quality control. The personal shopper should also never have sold these on. I feel so bad for you and hope you can get this sorted. There seems to have been a fair few QC issues. I received a Rosalie purse with a small amount of inking completely missing from my purse. I haven't been able to replace it but I could return it as it was purchased by myself on line. Could that possibly damage the canvas? It’s throughout all the sides and some areas it appears it’s a thin layer of glazing. I thought about trying to remove it myself but held off as I didn’t want to ruin the canvas and then LV refuse to fix it. If it was darker canvas I would just leave it as is but it’s really noticeable on the white….at least to me.The red glazing I believe you can just remove with a tweezer or your fingers. Yeah I’m surprised myself…it passed quality control, the CA who sold it, the personal shopper etc. Lesson learned though…I haven’t had issues in the past purchasing with a personal shopper but this just made me realize purchasing with one is not for me anymore. LV did ask me for a receipt and the name of the person who the items are under so hopefully they are still able to assist even though the items are not under my account. I’m glad you were able to return your Rosalie! The stitching (at the corners only) appears to be somewhat consistent with my TM, regular size mono, and the new size S. If you’re eligible for a return, LV will just resell it. This is why, once again, I urge everyone to be patient and don’t let FOMO get the best of you. When you rush or force things, it typically results in less than desirable outcomes.
