They also aren’t allowed to order limited collections for a specifically long period post release to ensure clients get items. They’re not ordering and reselling them, and if they were found to be doing that somehow, they would be let go. Not even a remote concern.

Yes thank you, well said. Sometimes I notice a bit of hostility/distrust towards CA in the thread and I think it’s not fair to treat them this way or potentially spread rumors. They have to work so hard during these days and try to accommodate so many people. Let’s just assume every CA tries their best to get everyone their items in a fair way :flowers:
 
My order that my CA ordered through store on 1/3 is still pending validation. I texted her yesterday morning and she hasn't responded yet. I know this launch was very overwhelming for all, so I hope to hear back from her soon, but I was curious if anyone was experiencing this as well or had insight from their CA? Like is there still a chance I could get my order? I tried to back track on this thread to find insight to ease me but I know things are constantly changing and everyone is experiencing or hearing different things! lol

I don’t think your CA can do much to speed up your order, it’s just a waiting game. With items having delivery times up to 3 months it can stay in the validation stage for quite a bit. Eventually it will move.

Yes I use an organiser inside with d-rings attached to it. So then I can attach my golf LV crossbody strap.

I can zip my bag fully and securely and also unzip my bag without the insert coming loose or falling out. I show how to attach it in my video below.

I've worn all my limited edition TP26's like this for years now and I when I was in store at LV today a lady approached me as she wanted my bag and I had to explain/show her how I did it. I also double checked with my LV SA that my black mc TP is the same size as the TP26's from the past but for some reason they are just calling my black mc LVxTM just a TP now.

I have a YouTube video up that explains/shows you how from about 3 years ago, hope it can help, and I will link it below and at both timestamps 5.50min and 9.30min should answer your question - I show one of my older TP26's with this exact LV gold chain and the samorga pouch which are both the same as what I am using currently in my black mc tp...



And I am getting this question a ton, so I will make an updated video hopefully sometime soon to show everyone how I am currently doing it with my new black mc LVxTM TP. Hers is my little haul of SLG's. 3 of the items came on the 7th & the last piece came yesterday. I am so excited to start using them :yahoo:
All of them were ordered on the 3rd Jan online from the UK.

Can't wait for the cherry blossoms to release now :heart:

I think there are a lot of us in that same boat from what I’ve read here. I did a DEPWO for a key pouch and black nano Speedy in early December, the CA put the order in on 1/3. I’ve received the key pouch but the nano Speedy is still pending validation. Very frustrating. Really hoping that I’ll see an update tomorrow with these rumors of a re-stock. For reference I’m in the US.
 
Am I the only one who didn’t get the murakami shopping bag? They sent me this holiday bag with the lv x murakami alma bb purchase and no lv x murakami ribbons. I got the usual lv blue ribbon wrapped around the box.View attachment 6114157
No, you definitely weren't the only one. When I picked up my item I didn't receive any Murakami packaging, just the regular orange box, blue ribbon and orange paper bag. 2 Days later they had the Murakami shopping bags, but no other TM packaging.

There were several stores around the world that didn't get the TM packaging (on time). I personally don't care, but would have been better for everyone to get the packaging given the collection is already more expensive than regular LV.
 
I just purchased Lv x takashi murakami Alma bb I absolutely adore it it’s so so stunning but I’m going through something which is bothering me a lot the strap’s hook is small it is scratching the gold hardware. My SA said this is how it is. You just need to hook it from the handle’s top but it’s still scratching it as it’s smaller than the handle. Can someone please help me out? My pochette metis’ strap fits perfectly though.
I tried this bag on in store and experienced the same issue. It seems that must be how they made them? I was not lucky enough for my order of this Alma to go through, it’s so much prettier in person!

Exactly plus I love collecting them as it’s special edition plus they are so cute. My SA said she can send it once she receives them lets see 🤞🏻

Hi. Yes I also ordered in store through my regular CA on 1/3. She was able to order 4 of 7 items. One item - the CarryAll PM progressed from Pending Validation to Order in Preparation early yesterday afternoon. The other three orders (for bag charms) say Pending Validation as of this morning.

My CA told me yesterday that the orders that still say Pending Validation have been pulled to be sent to clients, but that the demand has been so overwhelming it will take time to get them shipped. She said of all the orders she placed on Friday, so far only ONE had been cancelled. This sounded very encouraging.Let's hope both of ours will get through and be filled.

In the past, I have had orders linger in Pending Validation for weeks or months as LV waits to produce and get the items in stock. Usually they come through, but occasionally they cancel the order.

Oddly, I got a tip off this forum that trainers were available on Monday and I managed somehow to get the order in on the app and theyre supposed to arrive today. Go figure!

I did an online chat and they were able to look at my order. Unfortunately, it was cancelled. It took 3 days or so for the refund to show on my account and I had to reach out to the CA to verify it was actually cancelled so she could process a refund.

I wish you could get it too it’s really pretty and I’m in love with my BB. But all I can wonder is why would they make the strap like that ☹️ they should have been more thoughtful it’s such a nuisance I swear
