Yes, I certainly had to take a step back & realize that this has probably been an extremely hectic time for them as well, especially being literal days after the holidays. I am being positive that my CA will sort it all out. Thank you for that context. ❤️

I think this is normal! Mine looks like that and I feel the base will flatten out with use or when using an insert.

I’ve picked up product in store with absolutely no murakami packaging and no sticker pack (they ran out of what little packaging they had and I guess some packaging never arrived!?) — only had the murakami shopping bag. Think it’s all luck of the draw at this point.

I’m jealous of your panda tag and stickers! 😂

why are UPS just the worst!
I understand they can do direct delivery only - my delivery was delayed from yesterday and was changed to today. I wasn’t going to be home today as at work so asked to send to an access point. Now apparently at the request of LV its being held at the customer facility for collection - no address has been given and no details about where to go or who to call

UPS customer service have no idea either, and apparently the facility doesn’t accept calls lol 😫😭

Yes, it’s normal (chain & packaging) and taken the newness of the collection, it could by no means be a return. Unfortunately, PAs from this collection tend to be all bumpy on the bottom, some more and some less. Guess it’s due to canvas & piping structure & thickness when they’re sewn together. As it most probably won’t be possible to get a replacement one, I would keep it. Guess you won’t see the bump on the bottom while wearing. Hope this helps! And congrats on scoring this beauty!

London folk, I am in Selfridges picking up my bandeau and my CA has scrolled on her iPad what they have in stock in store now to buy, there was quite a few items including shoes, cosmetic pouch, card holders, pencil case, white bandeau and scarf in both colours, and 1 Victorine. (I would have bought a key pouch or rosalie but they didn’t have that)

Thank you for replying to me! That’s good to know I don’t know much about this style of bag I only have Speedys! Yes I will hold onto it I can’t believe my luck!
