For those that were able to order online successfully, how did you do it? I managed to get items in my bag but then I got the spinning wheel of death and the app kept saying the item in my shopping bag was out of stock so I kept deleting and re-adding the item.

Did you just wait until it prompted you to take the next step? Or did you keep refreshing? Any tips would be helpful!

I refreshed and repeated when the wheel of death hit and at some point it went through.
I had the issue mainly at the adress point (I wanted it sent to a store, but that did not work for one of the online orders) and in the end when the bag seems to be on and off sold out…

I received my pouchette this morning after not getting any confirmation email (just a courier text this morning). Bit gutted to find I didn’t get any of the packaging, just some stickers.
Some advice as I’ve not ordered online before- The chain was just thrown into the box (is this usual?) and is this the correct shape at the bottom? I fear I’ve been sent someone’s return!

Two of the four items I ordered were available for pickup in the boutique today. I couldn’t wait so I went to pick them up already.

My store still had a little bit of stock left. Everything in the pictures is still available for purchase.

Received my items shipped from store on launch day; sadly, zero Murakami packaging.

As others have noted, some white MC items are blurry and some aren't; the Sarah wallet is crisp and the Emily notebook cover is blurry, despite the fact both are in the mini white MC (see pic for comparison; wallet is above the vachetta strip and the notebook is below).

Love the Robert toolbox, sneakers, and Sarah wallet (which is honestly priced quite well given the leather lining and craftsmanship involved vs. simple folded-corner small cosmetic pouch). I had never looked at LV's paper notebooks in person and am honestly not impressed; I had assumed the cover was a thick leather-effect or canvas-like material, but it really is just linen-textured paper. Minus the logo, you'd think it was over priced at $15 if you saw it at a stationary store Cosmetic Pouch GM is beautiful but huge; honestly too big IMO to even use in a carry-on or duffle for travel.
