Just put your hand in and push out the piped edges. It's likely just from how Speedies are stored. I always have to shape mine when I get them (but tbh I don't really see what you mean so I might be talking about something else)
This makes me feel infinitely better! I’ll try that! I’ll try shaping her. It’s def way more noticeable than the pictures, but tbh I’m not super picky. I’m gonna love her regardless!
I did that with my white PA and it worked. Good luck...it's beautiful!
You could also shove a throw pillow or couple of hoodies or something in it to make it full. I have to do that to my original Murakami speedies or they collapse inward also.
you could also try conditioning the leather; sometimes it can soften creases from dry and bent leather.

I need some advice. I’ve been wanting the cherry blossom Alma BB but of course it’s impossible to get a hold of. So I got the light pink epi Alma BB hoping it can be a stand in for the CB Alma bb. But… it’s not the same. Plus I have the Lilas Alma bb and the rose Trianon Alma bb, and my bff thinks I’m nuts to keep 3 pink/purple Alma bb’s in my collection. Do I return this pink Alma BB and just continue to hunt for the CB version knowing I may not get it? Or keep this pink one since it’s close enough and just attach a CB charm 😆
