I went through all 300+ photos on Vogue just now. Overall, the looks were more consistently outstanding than in some past years. Maybe it is just my personal aesthetic, but I would wear a lot of these looks IRL to the right event, they just looked dramatic, creative and elegant and/or fashionable and less haphazard and costumey than usual. It seemed like some looks nailed the concept that some designers intend to turn out on the runway but are sometimes less successful than these celebrities were tonight (these looks were not safe and were artistic but sometimes the runway comes across as a mockery of an idea or repetitive cliches of a concept). There were so many amazing looks, but when I look at the photos in my phone it seems that I mostly took screenshots of pieces that I wanted to track down for myself! Here are a couple to add that show the overall vibe and not necessarily just a random velvet coat I want (so many amazing and wearable embroidered velvet coats)!

There were many cocktail brooches through the night! I love the coordinated brooches and necklace on Fabiola Beracasa Beckman. The accessories and details on the woman in the last set of photos just blows my mind (I accidentally cropped out her name in my screen shot). There was so much Chanel (done better than I expected, on-theme in general and styled in an interesting way). There were also a ton of very casual LV bags styled with gowns and suits, which I did not understand. There must be a reason, because there were so many (even if the celebrities are brand ambassadors for LV, it seems that the specific bag could be either more formal or more on-theme in many cases). The colorful outfit here, not sure of the designer, reminded me of many outfits of the night juxtaposing various colors and patterns which made me think of what I used to love about Gucci and is now not at all what I see on the runway (as mentioned above). For some reason many of the glorious outfits, the amazing tailoring and all of the structured outfits with flowing trains I did not take photos of! They were spectacular, I’m guessing I didn’t take photos of them because I was not planning to style a similar outfit for myself. I am sure that others will add some of these photos as photos as this thread continues thread continues.
