I'm obsessed with VCA and so them using porcelain in Alhambra gives me a bit of ick (no offense to people who love it, I just like crystals). I was annoyed when I found out they did celadon for 2022…they could’ve used amazonite if that’s the color they wanted to go for, but nope, they rather use porcelain.
I love Amazonite! Such a pretty stone!
However they did the cedalon a couple of years ago so I don’t think it will be such a similar color.
I think it could be rose gold guilloche or maybe pietersite or red jasper if they stretch it…
Not an expensive stone I bet.
We have been waiting for purple or green for many years!

Exciting if it's chrysoprase, though a little doubtful since VCA has only used it for high jewelry in recent years, but who knows. A turquoise HP is also doubtful since they are limiting Alhambra turquoises to VIPs at the moment. Also imagine the chaos if they choose turquoise.
My SA showed me a picture with a white-shaped Alhambra, so I’m guessing it could be white gold, and my bet is on pietersite. Since they released limited pietersite bracelets last year, it makes sense that they’d have more of that material in stock. But if it is pietersite, that would be a bit boring.
By the way, HP is made a year ahead. When I got the 2022 HP, I found a card in the box that said it was produced in 2021.

Does any one think it might be rock crystal? It’s touted as an exclusive for VIPs but in terms of material and production, it scalable for the masses.

I think pietersite is a possibility too! Especially if those pieces sold quickly and were in demand….
Pietersite is absolutely stunning. I would be happy with it (already own pietersite pieces)
