but atm of my collection , my Jimmy Choo, which I’ve had from new and never babied despite being crocodile, is my signature bag-i coukd “lose” all of the others..but not that one..!
That's good you know which one is the ultimate! As someone who has an annual bushfire risk, i've made the hard decisions of what can be taken in an evacuation and fortunately the special things were clear and obvious to me :)

I used to live in Paris, and shopped at FSH, so I’d do it from there..
Ah, so it is like the quota bags! I had hoped it would be easier for the average person to go the Horizons route but it seems all things H require a lifetime commitment. I suppose in some ways it's better to commit to a heritage brand than it is to a man! :P
Thanks for the insight. :flowers:

The Hermes website Does encourage you to contact them with original ideas , so I wouldn’t rule it out-i started shopping there because I wore Lobb shoes which were stocked there and saw other lovely things lol!
So Anything is possible ❤️❤️

The best thing for me was taking a looooong hiatus from tPF. I spent time focusing in other things both ones with financial investment (e.g home remodeling, traveling) and with little or none (taking dance classes again, becoming avid about cycling, etc.)

While I LOVE this community, I realized it skewed my perception. I don’t need to have the latest or greatest anything. I just need what works for me. I did buy bags during my hiatus but it felt less manic and more organic.

Now to be fair, I did this after curating a collection I was very happy with. So, it was easy to step away and be content. HTH!

Bumping this, wondering how 2023 ended up for folks and if there are any additional/modified goals for 2024?

My bag count has dropped significantly, am just a bit indecisive on a couple of items in the mental "out" bucket.
I’m down to 6 bags-so due a new bag this year, but the year hasn’t started well with my Siamese girl at deaths door(I have 3 oriental cats)- so I need to deal with Tammy before I start thinking about a new bag..

Tammy passed away on January 30th of kidney failure-as a stress reaction I sold my Mario Valentino tote(which I stopped using as it was too large)- so I’m down to 5- so definitely need a new bag..
