So interesting that the accessories also have the smell. I bet the smell will eventually go away. Who knows what Texas will do to the bag!!

I’m worried I’m going to do the same thing as you & have remorse returning the bag. I better wait a couple more days - lol!

I passed on the Kirigami because of the odor and I didn’t enjoy how stiff they were. The colors in the collection as so beautiful though.

Wow! Everyone’s noticing the smell on this collection. Is it going to be a deal breaker? I’m actually having a very difficult time driving myself to the store to return this bag right now. It’s so dang pretty!

The smell is still there but a little not as strong, I guess you get used to it. I should’ve smelled the bag when I tried it on..I also had a mask on so maybe that’s why I didn’t smell it. I think the mark on the front of the bag would bother me….

I wound up exchanging the marshmallow for the onthego (also in sunset kaki.) Wasn’t planning on doing this but became entranced by the bag, as it was sitting on a table. Happy to say it smells amazing! I also ordered the matching wallet online. This entire line is truly stunning. Now I must stop shopping for a while! Can’t wait to see everyone’s mod shots.

I use the Stylebook app to see how anything fits in my closet. I literally have everything I own put into this app, then categorized by season. The Sunset Kaki pattern (IMHO) looks best in spring/summer, but also works w/some light fall jackets. Here are a few examples. Hope this helps!
