Congratulations! Yes my bag had some dimples too but I stuffed it with some packing air bags for a few weeks and they went away. They will also diminish with use. I agree with calling and talking to someone else. I get a different answer every time I talk to someone else!I thought the same thing! She was quite rude as well. I will keep trying and obsessively stalking the website.![]()
I reached out to concierge email on Friday 10/8 asking about ordering this bag and got email back that it was orderable. C/S did let me know due to existing orders they could not give me an estimated delivery date. I was sent payment link and I submitted order. Currently item shows pending product availability on my online account.
