Hi all, first post here in the Louis Vuitton thread. Just got this beauty but I’ve been playing with the chain. The first pic is the original, the second pic is playing with my husbands chain (Cuban link). What do you guys think?
Congratulations and welcome! I love the original chain so much and it was one of the reasons I purchased this bag so in my opinion nothing else can compare.
Congratulations! Yes my bag had some dimples too but I stuffed it with some packing air bags for a few weeks and they went away. They will also diminish with use. Hope you love using her as much as I do!
I think Boulogne deserve a clubhouse. Should we ask moderator to move this thread ? But the problem is I don’t know who is the correct person for LV.

So I called customer service to order this bag and was told it is no longer being produced. Has anyone heard this?
I haven't heard of this but it's crazy if it's true! It has just been recently launched and what a shame to quickly discontinue such a lovely and well made bag!
That makes no sense to me. They just increase the price on it. Try calling again and talk to someone else.

I reached out to concierge email on Friday 10/8 asking about ordering this bag and got email back that it was orderable. C/S did let me know due to existing orders they could not give me an estimated delivery date. I was sent payment link and I submitted order. Currently item shows pending product availability on my online account. Hoping one becomes available to ship soon.
Now this was after going to the store that same morning and they did check and showed various stores had this bag available - just not mine and they could not have it transferred over or order for me. Since I have had this done for me before I am assuming the CA that was helping me couldn't or didn't want to.
