Just wanted to share my saddlebag 23 purchased in 2016, now that it’s been nearly three years!
I have used this bag daily for the last year in conjunction with my nappy bag, as it’s such an easy hands free option and this colour goes with absolutely everything.
Haven’t babied it whatsoever, so I’m thrilled with how well the leather has held up.
Top pic is when I first received my saddle bag, second pic is how it’s looking now after more than two years of regular use and third pic is out and about today,
dressed up with my Fendi abclick pendant.
Plus a couple of mod shots.

Question for anyone who owns a Whiplash Saddle Bag - what number is displayed on the leather creed tag?

I'm trying to authenticate a possible purchase - the correct style number is 38219 but the inside leather tag reads 20115? Seems a bit suspect to me... I realize this isn't the authentication thread but the help would be greatly appreciated :)

If it says 20115, that is a nonsense creed. They did that for awhile. The prefix was two letters, like RG. It has no relation to the actual style number. You're right, this isn't the authentication thread. If you want correct answers, you should ask on the authentication thread.

I may ask on the authentication thread as well but my problem is that I already committed to buying the bag and therefore I can no longer link to the ad on eBay.

Now that I'm learning that the creed tag doesn't always reflect style number I'm feeling a lot more confident with my purchase :) everything else looks good that just kinda threw me off

It's not true that you can't post the link to the listing on ebay on the AT thread. We can see sold listings. You are protected by the ebay money back guarantee if it is fake. If you haven't paid yet, a quick authentication might allow you to cancel the sale so you wouldn't have to deal with the hassle of returning it.
