DC, this thread has turned into something that I wasn't expecting at all when I started it. Everyday when I check into tpf, it's like checking in with friends - it would be amazing if we were to be able to meet for real. We can make that a goal too =) That said, if any one is in Vegas January 12-15, I'm there!

Is it a discontinued item? I don't know too much about MJ bags.. and that said, is it MbMj? Or MJ?

I'm loving that red and gold hardware!

Egg, I am also happy to be part of this thread. Thanks for letting me in! I am one of the last to join in 2014. It is like I have friends who understand my passion for bags. At the same time, we talk about other stuff too. I can't talk bags with my friends at great lengths that we do because they don't have the same interest in them and sometimes I fear they might think I am bragging or think I am shallow or something. My sisters (we are many sisters but only one in the US) also tell me that they are no longer interested in bags (a few years back yes, but only in certain brands like LV and Prada, but not really intense). Just a side note, I have a sister who I will soon gift a bag with, I'm thinking Massaccesi, so I've been discussing bags with her through mobile chat - I send her pictures, etc. I think she was amazed that I have lots of photos of my bags. :graucho:

The All in One is MJ, not MbMJ. I think it might already be discontinued (I'm also late to MJ, but I appreciate the older models and what's good is that I am able to get them at lower prices). There are still some that appear at yoox.com and theoutnet.com. If you sign up at yoox you'll be notified of sales. Maybe at Nordstrom Rack or the like? And of course, ebay, where if you luck out, you'll get NWT at very good prices. The landed cost of my All in One here reached only about $100. So I was really happy about that purchase, considering the leather is so wonderful!

I love love this bag, one of my RM MAM keepers, an older beauty made of thick luscious leather, but somehow I rarely use her.

As I was about to leave for work today (2 days of work and then another set of holidays for us), my Bal City seemed so monochromatic with my khaki pants. Had to chane quickly. I'm so happy with this choice and I'm glad to have used this before the year ended.

I love the color!

Egg, bake, DC - thank you!

She was a perfect companion to do a little shopping. Had to snap another photo. Love how she fit perfectly with my shoes!

This is very pretty. I am surprised you don't use it more. Though I have a few pretty ones I barely use too.

I bought the MK backpack to protect the iPad mini when I received it. I did not know the mini was so small it could have fit in any thing. I never had an iPad so I thought it was much bigger and that the mini was only slightly smaller. I feel rather silly now.

Could you return the backpack? For some reason I thought the backpack was for a laptop.

iPad mini fits in many things unless you pick a bulky case, like the otter box if you're prone to dropping things. If you're not so clumsy as me, a thin case suffices and should fit in many of your bags without adding too much weight.

I'm still hoping to sell a couple of bags that are quite old but in good shape. So far nothing has moved anymore. I am starting to think I should just find the right person and gift them.

Hope you find them new homes soon!

So what bag are you going to finish off the year with?

I'm still deciding myself.

A Longchamp tote! Pics to come.

I love the color!

Ooh perfect match!

Likely I'll go back to my Bal City. I'm heading back again to my hometown for New Year and I liked the bag when I used it during Christmas time. But still, that could change. :smile1:

I can't explain it too. Aside from the beautiful leather, it also has one of the most delicious leather smells among my bags.

If you can't return the backpack maybe you could find other uses for it? Can you not use it during those sports meets for instance?

In my case, before letting go of a bag, I think first whether I can sell it or I should just gift it. For one reason or another, there are some bags I'd rather gift than sell. So far, I've not delisted a bag because I'd rather gift it. But I've delisted some because I've changed my mind about letting the bags go at all. If you find the right person to give a bag to, and if you are decided on really letting go, I think you should go ahead with gifting the bag.

I still want to reduce the number of my bags, but I keep looking at my bag photos, and there is only one, or maybe up to a max of 3, that I can consider re-homing at this time. But there are still a lot I want...which makes it hard for me to formulate my 2016 resolution.

Are there any you want that are similar to the ones you have? Perhaps, later in the year, when you want to buy a new bag, try re-homing another one or rekindle your love for something you currently have.

My MacBook doesn't fit in the compartment where you are supposed to put the tech stuff. The mini goes in put I think it is meant for the larger version.
