2015 resolution - shopping from my own bag and wallet collection. Any one else?

Happy Thanksgiving or Happy Thursday! Lol

I spent the whole morning moving furniture and reorganizing my room. Cleaned out more stuff too, soon I'll have my SLGs lined up and my bags all together and tidy.

Despite my reorganization, I do not have much space to hold big bags anymore. The Herbag would literally take one of the last two spots, and I am not too keen on trying to make more room.

I do, however, have more room for SLGs, scarves, and jewelry. Hahaha.

I'm going to go get a PA on my stuff at the Rack tomorrow. I need feedback, should I keep the Burberry flats? They are very comfy and have rubber soles which is nice too. I still have to get my Ferragamos to the cobbler for rubber soles. But anyway, should I keep them?

Here is a non bag question. Is it redundant to get a iPad mini if I have an iPhone and A MacBook Pro?

That is just it . My phone is iPhone 5 but my dd just transferred my 3000 photos to my computer so it is running well again. I like having photos on my device so I can show people my paintings and take hundreds of reference shots. So I was thinking the mini 4 with 128 gb.

Do your paintings required a close up to see their details? Otherwise, I think you'd rather upgrade to an iPhone with a bigger screen and a bigger storage. This way, you don't have to carry 2 things in your bag everywhere all the time. If your purpose of having an iPad is just to show your paintings.

If you're happy with the shoes, keep it.Good shoes is hard to come by, but just make sure you use them. Those sole has expiration date if they're not being used.

I would definitely wear it if I keep it. Plus they'd be even cheaper with the price adjustment.


ETA: there's a tpfer on the Longchamp sub forum that posted their LP with patches, but she ironed them on! Debating if I should do the same with the next ones I have, one from my alma mater and one from the San Diego Air and Space museum. But I sewed on the first 3.... I kinda (really) like consistency.

DC, I agree with those who suggest upgrading to a 6+ as the screen is very large but if you want it for more of a showcase for your painting, I suggest the mini - somehow, having it separate seems more suitable for showcasing haha.

Bake, can you post pics of your new storage? And with regards to the shoes - if you don't need it, maybe just return them? They are fantastic though!

Ladies! I found it! I found my backpack!!!!! You guys might remember I was almost tempted to buy the leopard Coach one but passed due to price and size of it. Today, I found this!!! MbMj quilted backpack - it's lightweight, water repellent, and fun! And it was in a price range of what I wanted to pay! It was on sale for $98 something with an additional 25% off - I think I paid around $85 incl taxes. It is sold out online on Shopbop for $198. And since it's a backpack.. it technically doesn't count as a bag right?

MbMj quilted backpack - it's lightweight, water repellent, and fun! And it was in a price range of what I wanted to pay! It was on sale for $98 something with an additional 25% off - I think I paid around $85 incl taxes. It is sold out online on Shopbop for $198. And since it's a backpack.. it technically doesn't count as a bag right?

DC - I think the mini is not redundant if you have a specific purpose for it. And I prefer my laptop when I need to type longer texts/docs, prepare some powerpoint materials, etc., so I think you may still need your Mac for other needs.

Bake - I like your Burberry pair of flats, hope you'll keep it (and you'll wear it).

Egg - I don't count my Longchamp Le Pliages. You may not count that pretty backpack too! And what a super good deal!

I still like my phone because it is small but I like the iPad mini for taking and storing lots of photos of paintings and reference shots and just regular photos of my kids. I had to take the photos off my phone so it will run faster. I will think about it a bit more. My son suggested a surface but I would have to learn how to work it.

I love it!! I was looking at this same one, as well as the leather version in the moss green color. Love MbMJ. Congrats on such a great deal!!

Oh you have a Mac! Yeah, definitely keep that, and if your phone is fine, then an ipad mini with plenty of storage would be useful for showing your paintings and looking at pictures.

I find the Surface not as intuitive as the Mac interface. TBH, if you're used to how your iphone and Mac are, it's just easier to stick to apple. Plus there's a few deals out there for ipad minis. And all the accessories and apps are made for ipad.

I am biased, I have and ipod, iphone, ipad, and a MPB. it's just easier.

I think sewing it on is better. You can take it off without damaging the bag and the badge. Just cut off the threads.
