I personally LOVE Olive....from the minute it first came out.
when I found the RGGH City I sold both the Olive RGGH Work and Militaire RGGH City.
The olive looks better with RGGH than Militaire does IMO.
....but with the RH (like E has) - that honestly would be a hard choice because Militaire does look really good with RH. (AND that's WHY i have RH Work coming!)
You'll have to keep in mind that Militaire would probably be more of a "neutral" than Olive which has a lot of yellow in it. Also all the Olive bags I have seen (which is 4) - all had a glaze....the Militaire did not. It was matte.

Militaire is more muted and perfectly neutral IMO. It has grey undertones.
On my own bags the leather on Militaire was better and the colour is almost mottled/marbled in effect. And it's matt whereas Olive was more shiny

the militaire here looks just gorgeous with the RGGH! beautifully neutral with such a classic feel to it..

While I am a fan of yellow (Juane - Moutarde) (was actually missing the damn Moutarde that I never wore and sold because I never wore it but of course now that it's not here any more I miss it and want to wear it) (rant over) - I probably would prefer my green without the yellow undertones.
Additionally, I am strictly a GSH girl.
Only two bags I ever fell in love with RGGH (1) Militaire and (2) Seigle.
However, because I find sometimes I shy away from one of my GH bags because of the weight - I know the green (if I get one) would be RH.
You super duper helped me today. I owe you a Margarita next time you're in NY/NJ!!!
