Has anyone ordered the 1st generation borough? I ordered one in oxblood and I am so excited to receive it and my SA is trying to order a black one for me. Also, thinking to order a rogue Satchel in chalk and would like to hear your thoughts about this bag. Is it more heavier than the regular rogue?
I was almost going to order the oxblood, it's lovely! I have the original black one (never used, I'm ashamed to say!) but I still love it and it WILL be carried this fall! It weighs 2.8 lbs, if that helps you, and I'm positive it's a lot lighter than the original rogue, as I LOVE that rogue bag but way too heavy for me. I'll likely pick up the mini rogue when I find a good sale on it, as I love the simplicity of that bag but the big guy weighs me down (back issues to consider.) Even at 2.8, I pick up the borough and end up with something else, as I"m super sensitive to how heavy the bags can get. But I won't ditch it, it's beautiful and I think I'll just have to really lighten up when I carry it. Enjoy the bag! Now, if the Moss green borough made an appearance..... it might join my black one!
I was a bad girl today, ordered 5 bags: oxblood borough, rogue satchels in chalk, oxblood, black and grey. The satchels will arrive this Thursday and the borough sometime next week. Hopefully, I'm not going to like all of them. Decisions, decisions...

Damnit. My new commitment to only buying one of each bag lasted less than a day. Finally decided to buy a regular Rogue this morning (Olive, at FP). Then I saw this post and could not log back onto Coach.com fast enough. I don't normally go for blue bags but something about that bag appealed to me first time I saw photos of it. I just have to see it in person! I am now going on a five year bag ban...
